Enhancing professional development at the Institute of Philosophy

The aim of project Enhancing professional development at the Institute of Philosophy supported from Science, Research, and Education (reg. no. CZ.02.2.69/0.0/0.0/18_054/0014626) operational programme is to increase the effectivity of infrastructural facilities available to researchers of the Institute of Philosophy of the Czech Academy of Sciences (IP CAS) and thereby to support research activities which are the main task of the institute.  

This project should crucially contribute to meeting the goals set in the Management Policy of the IP CAS, foundational document for strategic management of this institution in 2018–2023. The core of this policy consists in viewing the IP CAS as a scientific institution which aims at creating the best possible conditions for scientific work and provides multifaceted support to research in philosophy and other related areas of humanities. Its goal is to improve administrative support and other auxiliary services pertinent to research work, including conditions for stability of employment and ongoing professional education for employees of the service departments.
