Measurements of ITAM's Laboratory of X-ray Tomography helped scientists to describe a new genus of reed

Czech scientists described a new genus of reed. The results of tomographic scans from the Laboratory of X-ray Tomograpgy in Centre Telč, ITAM CAS contributed significantly to its diagnostics. Yhe Head of the laboratory, Assoc. Prof. Michal Vopálenský, is one of the co-authors of the related publication in a prestigious scientific journal Scientific Reports from the Nature publishing house.
