The subject of this public contract is the purchase of a device implementing Spark Plasma Sintering technology for synthesis of metallic materials from metallic powders by applying controlled pressure on the powder compacted by controlled pressure within a mould while simultaneously passing controlled electrical current through the compacted powder.
