Sevinj is working for a Strategic Management Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Before the MA in Applied Economics program, Sevinj had graduated from the Azerbaijan State Economic University, Baku, Azerbaijan with MA degree in International Economic Relations.
