Profile

In close cooperation with other members of the metal-organic epitaxy (MOVPE) group, I measure optical and structural properties of our samples, which in our case present either detectors of ionizing radiation, or fast transistors (HEMT). I design new experimental instruments and, if needed, repair the existing ones, our electron microscope in particular. A lot of my attention is devoted to numerical processing of data.
