Fabio Michelucci has been a Researcher at CERGE, Charles University since 2020, and a member of the Executive and Supervisory Committee of CERGE-EI (2016 - 2020). Previously an Associate Professor with tenure at CERGE-EI (2016-2020) and an Assistant Professor (2009-2015). He was also an Assistant Professor at CERGE, Charles University and a Researcher at the Economics Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences. Fabio earned his M.Sc. degree in Economics from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Spain; Ph.D. degree in Economics from University College London, United Kingdom. He has been an Associate Professor in Economics at Università Ca' Foscari, Venice, Italy, since 2019. He was also working as a Researcher (Assegnista di Ricerca) at Bocconi University, Italy and he was a Post-doctoral Scholar at the Division of the Humanities and Social Sciences, California Institute of Technology, USA. He is a holder of Mario Landi Award, Amici di Villa Favard, University of Florence (2001-2002), and also a holder of Instituto Valenciano de Investigaciones Economica Award for the paper “Second Best Efficiency in Auctions”. Fabio obtained a Bank of Italy scholarship, Bonaldo Stringher, and an Ente Luigi Einaudi Scholarship.
