Action Plan
Based on identification of areas requiring improvement, which are described in the GAP analysis, we created a list of measures in the form of an Action Plan. It is a document containing a plan of activities (or variants of addressing identified shortcomings) whose gradual implementation will take place in 2021 and 2022. The goal of realisation of the Action Plan at the Institute of Philosophy is to create a working environment comparable with European standards spelled out in ERA whose settings support top quality research. This should also lead to the acquisition and maintenance of the HR Award. A final version of the Action Plan to be soon found HERE.
