Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (henceforth HRS4R) is introduced with participation of representatives of all units of the Institute of Philosophy. Institutions which introduce HRS4R become holders of the HR Award logo. In connection with this, the Institute of Philosophy appointed the Working Group HRS4R, whose role it is to prepare, on the basis of collected data and investigation of views of employees of the institute, a conception of development of working conditions that respects the specific features of scientific work. Working Group HRS4R also actively participates in the process of implementation of strategic measures identified in the Action Plan. The Institute of Philosophy moreover appointed a Steering Committee which helps direct the process of HRS4R implementation, has an advisory function, and closely collaborates with the Working Group HRS4R.
