Jana Klímová Chaloupková is a researcher at the Institute of Sociology, Czech Academy of Sciences. She has long-term research interests in changes in family behaviour, attitudes towards family, division of roles within the family and a lifecourse perspective. She has published articles in journals such as Advances in Life course research, Journal of Family Studies, Journal of Family Issues, and Comparative Population Studies. She has edited a monograph on the transition to adulthood and authored several book chapters. She was awarded by The Otto Wichterle Award in 2014.
