The Optical Biosensors team got the Project Nanobiophotonics for future health care to support excellence in basic research by the Czech Grant Agency in 2011 and is its main investigator. The IPE cooperates with the Faculty of Nuclear and Physical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague, the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of the Charles University, the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic and the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion.
IPE carries out fundamental and applied research in the scientific fields of photonics, optoelectronics and electronics. In these fields, IPE generates new knowledge and develops new technologies.
