Expression of support for Ukraine

The management of the Institute of State and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic condemns the invasion of President Putin and the troops of the Russian Federation against the citizens and the sovereign territory of Ukraine. It is a barbaric war act against the territorial integrity and political order of Ukraine, which does not belong to the 21st century. The Institute of State and Law joins fully the sharp protest against military operations in Ukraine, which it expressed in an open letter to seven hundred Russian academics and journalists (protest content available here: https://bit.ly/Petice_EN). Like the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, the Institute of State and Law of the ASCR offers university students, postdoctoral students and other researchers working in the territory of the invaded Ukraine its support in the form of internships, which it is currently preparing.
