Standardy bydlení 2003/2004: Bytová politika v ČR - efektivněji a cíleněji

The authors aim to propose more effective design of housing subsidies in the Czech Republic. In the first part of the publication was made an attempt to assess housing shortage in the Czech Republic, next follows the comparison of first- and second generation rent control, social housing and housing allowance. The authors tried to propose the best design of second generation rent control, social housing and housing allowance for the CR. Moreover, the equilibrium rent and annual limits for rent deregulation were simulated.
