17th INTEGRAL/BART Workshop
About IBWS
IBWS is a series of successful international workshops dedicated to all aspects of high energy astrophysics and supporting ground-based experiments (e.g. robotic telescopes). Within these frameworks, the detailed program reflects the scientific interests of participants as we do not have invited talks but the contributions are submitted by the conference participants.
The workshops promote regional collaboration in galactic and extragalactic high-energy astrophysics, both experimental as well as theoretical, with an emphasis on the interface between satellite projects and ground-based experiments (e.g. robotic telescopes). We continue our emphasis on wide participation and presentations of students and young research fellows.

We have been closely monitoring the evolution of the COVID-19 outbreak in all countries.
Following the situation and adhering to an indication from authorities in many different countries, as it is happening for many other (not only) scientific events, we are forced to CANCEL the 17th INTEGRAL/BART Workshop 2022 and POSTPONE IBWS to 2023.
We would like to inform you as soon as possible without waiting for the potential last-minute release of travel and events restrictions.
With this step, we only try to protect the health of all participants and their surroundings while preventing further spread as well.
