Profile

Research of semiconductors, diploma thesis (“Optical properties CdO”), PhD thesis (“A.C. conductivity of As2Te3 chalcogenide glasses”). He built group, devoted to plasma enhanced technology and characterization of amorphous silicon (a-Si:H), contributed to development of Constant Photocurrent Method (CPM). Studied transport properties and correlation of microstructure (AFM) and electronic properties with nm resolution.
