We are looking for a task-resolution oriented team player with constructive work attitude and positive thinking to manage a 5-year postdoctoral MSCA COFUND programme Physics for Future (P4F). In the course of the project, FZU research groups will be joined by 60 postdoctoral researchers to work on projects of their choice. They will be recruited in two calls in an open, transparent, merit-based, selection process. The P4F programme offers a carefully designed combination of advanced scientific, transferable and soft skill training with embedded outlook towards new tools & technologies.

What it entails:

  • Ensure implementation of the P4F programme and its activities
  • Support the programme coordinator in all aspects of the project management
  • Collaborate with involved service departments (Research, HR, Training and Education, Payroll, Legal, Library, Technology Transfer)
  • Communicate with fellows, supervisors and P4F committees
  • Liaise with partner organizations
  • Initiate tasks, collect necessary information and identify process needs and risks
  • Ensure monthly budget reporting and maintain overview of the project workflow
  • Follow the funder’s requirements while adhering to the regulations
  • Deliver reports to the European Commission

What we expect:

  • 5year experience in large collaborative project management (national, EU, ESIF)
  • Knowledge of project management tools and online based tools
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills – ability to communicate with different groups of stakeholders
  • Proven organisational skills including attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent written and spoken English, at least level C1
