Electronic documents are accepted via email: ipp@ipp.cas.cz or data box: zipnqqk
- The IPP accepts electronic documents in the following formats: pdf, txt, rtf, jpg/jpeg, png, tiff.Supported portable data carriers: CD/DVD, USB flash memory stick.
- Size of data message submitted by standard e-mail, not via data box: 4 MB.
- Size of message delivered via data box: 10 MB.
In the case of delivery of an electronic or analogue document with a detected malicious code and the contact details or email address of the sender can be identified, IPP notifies the sender about the document defect and determines the next procedure for the defect removal. If IPP, in cooperation with the sender, fails to remove the document defect or the sender cannot be identified, IPP does not process the document any further.
