Institute of Experimental Medicine CAS

About us czech flag

Our group provides services and support in field of advanced microscopy for employees of the IEM as well as for the external users. We secure access to the devices, routine service, training, booking system and consultations. Users can access variety of devices from basic fluorescent microscope to the cutting-edge two-photon system for in vivo studies. At this moment, we provide access  to 7 microscopes and one workstation PC via our booking system and we mediate access to another 5 microscopes across the institute.

Our facility have been the member of the Czech Bioimaging project since 2023. Czech Bioimaging is the national research infrastructure for biological and medical imaging and provides an open acces for various imaging technologies. It is also the part of the larger international project Eurobioimaging. If you would like tom use our facility for your research, don't be affraid to contact us.
