Agama hardún (Laudakia stellio) žije od východního mediteránu po Střední východ. Souvislý původní výskyt v Řecku je jen na některých Kykladských ostrovech, izolovaně v Soluni. Výskyt na ostrově Korfu je izolovaný a pravděpodobně nepůvodní. Přiblížení současných lokalit a biotopu na Korfu, diskutovány jsou teorie možného původu zdejších agam.

The Sling-tailed or Starred Agama (Laudakia stellio), commonly known as the Hardun, occurs from the eastern Mediterranean to the Middle East. Its continuous distribution range in Greece covers only some of the Cyclades. In isolation, it also inhabits the city of Salonica. The occurrence of the reptile on Corfu is isolated and probably non-native. The authors describe both the current sites and the habitat selection of the agama on this island. Theories explaining the Hardun´s possible origin on Corfu are also discussed.
