Experientia Foundation

IOCB supports Experientia Foundation established in 2013 by Hana and Dalimil Dvořák, both former IOCB colleagues. The Dvořáks unhesitatingly donate the money they receive from licensing royalties associated with the antiviral compounds developed at IOCB back to science, explaining that this is, after all, where the money comes from.

The Experientia Foundation supports young scientists in the fields of organic, bioorganic, and medicinal chemistry during research stays abroad and also provides startup grants to help them establish their own research groups in the Czech Republic.
