  • Pracovní pozice v oblasti organické chemie s využitím radioaktivních izotopů

    Popis činnosti

    Jedná se o práci v Izotopové laboratoři Ústavu experimentální botaniky, AV ČR.
    Stěžejní částí práce je syntéza přírodních látek (např. rostlinných hormonů) a jejich
    prekurzorů vhodných k radioaktivnímu značení především tritiem. Součástí práce je i
    izolace a charakterizace látek za použití HPLC, NMR a MS. Pro práci s radioizotopy
    bude uchazeč zaučen.
