Reactivity of binuclear catalytic centers in zeolite matrices in dioxygen and CO2 activation

Study of the reactivity of active sites formed by binuclear transition metal ions stabilized in zeolite matrices using FTIR spectroscopy. FTIR spectroscopy ex-situ and under operando conditions will be employed to study activity of zeolite catalysts in selected highly important reactions as selective oxidation of hydrocarbons (methane, ethane, propane) by dioxygen and utilization of CO2.
