Care for new employees is an important part of our HR strategy. Our goal is to support new colleagues from the moment of accepting a job offer to the moment of joining the Institute of Physics. We also help foreign researchers with relocation, accommodation and official formalities.
HR support
Our HR support actively coordinate matters regarding the visa procedure, accommodation or medical care. We are in touch with our new colleagues as well as with a long-term employees and offer them a professional attitude. Also we provides useful internal handbooks and guidelines focusing on general living principals in the Czech Republic.
