Veronika Selezneva has been an Assistant Professor at CERGE, Charles University, and up to August 2023 also a Researcher at the Economics Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences. Veronika was also an Assistant Professor at CERGE-EI (under U.S. permanent charter) up to August 2023, and a recipient of the UniCredit & Universities Fellowship. She received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Applied Physics and Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, her M.A. degree in Economics from the New Economic School in Moscow, and her Ph.D. in Economics from Northwestern University. Veronika received Jan Švejnar and Katherine Terrell’s Teaching Prize three times in 2018, 2020 and 2022.
