I am occupied with photo-, cathodo- and electroluminescence of low-dimensional semiconductor structures, particularly with InGaN/GaN quantum wells. Electron microscope enables one to study the surface and composition of samples, giving a complex information of semiconductor nanostructures. Further, luminescence properties of rare-earth ions in glass matrices are studied in our laboratory.
