Autonomous Vehicle Ethics: the Trolley Problem and Beyond

Oxford University Press has just published the book Jenkins, R., Černý, D., Hříbek, T. Autonomous Vehicle Ethics: the Trolley Problem and Beyond. This is the first ever monograph that addresses the important ethical issues associated with the emerging new technology of autonomous vehicles. The editors of the book are David Černý from the Institute of State and Law of the Czech Academy of Sciences, Tomáš Hříbek from the Institute of Philosophy of the Czech Academy of Sciences and Ryan Jenkins from CalPoly in California. The editors managed to collect contributions from leading experts from all over the world, both Czech editors are also authors of their own chapters.
