Future Regulation of Digital Sectors as a Complex Problem

The aim of the round table was to follow up on the December debate on comprehensive rules and supervision of the digital market. Presentations were made by JUDr. Vladan Rámiš, Ph.D. (Association for the Protection of Personal Data), Mgr. Jana Pattynová, LL.M. (Pierstone), and Mgr. Alžběta Solarczyk Krausová, Ph.D., LL.M. (Institute of State and Law of the Czech Academy of Sciences). A subsequent professional informal discussion took place with representatives of the public and private sectors.
