Research Law Centre (RLC)

An interdisciplinary platform for research in the field of research, development and innovation law, including examination of specific topics in the fields of administrative law, intellectual property law, data protection, as well as labor and corporate law. The purpose of the research is to increase legal certainty in the implementation of legal norms in this area, the effective use of public funds provided to support research projects and the creation of synergy effects between research institutes and their founder (AV).
