Administrative Unit

It prepares the Institute's budget, deals with the financing of the budgets of individual grants and other projects, their preparation, drawing and billing. It also deals with personnel and wage issues of employees, their business trips and visits of guests from abroad. It manages accounting, processes and records incoming and issued invoices, tackles the tax issues of the Institute, capital goods and low-value assets. Along with colleagues, not only from the scientific divisions, it cooperates on public procurement. It executes all orders, ensures warehouse operations, maintains the vehicle fleet and trains the drivers. Finally, it manages, maintains and repairs the Institute's buildings and facilities, safeguards energy supplies, security and is responsible for cleaning of all areas.
