Current research projects:

Institute of Semiconductor Physics. Kyiv, Ukraine:

• Development of CIGS absorber for effective thin film flexible solar cells (Low-temperature and pulse technologies for high-efficient flexible solar cells).
• Modification and investigation of optoelectronic properties of ZnO thin films and nanostructures for photovoltaic applications.
• Development and fabrication of positioning and motion systems for unbalancing magnet and substrate holder for unbalanced magnetron deposition setup.
