31st European Fusion Programme Workshop
From Tuesday, 30th January to Thursday, 1st February 2024 the 31st European Fusion Programme Workshop was held in Prague. The workshop’s theme, “Tungsten as First Wall Material: From ITER Towards Fusion Power Plants,” addresses the critical role of tungsten in advancing fusion technology.
The Workshop was organized by EUROfusion and IPP Prague and exploring range of important topics, including plasma wall interaction, operating scenarios in both experiments and predictive modelling, the intricacies of heating mix, fast ions, diagnostics, and visions for the future of fusion energy. This annual workshop is an important event for highlighting ongoing advancements and for discussions in the fusion community.
