This project aims at the experimental and theoretical study of charge transport in optically transparent heterojunctions composed of p-type copper halides and n-type oxides and understanding of the physical phenomena occurring at the interface between both materials for novel optoelectronics.
IPE carries out fundamental and applied research in the scientific fields of photonics, optoelectronics and electronics. In these fields, IPE generates new knowledge and develops new technologies.
