On 30–31 May 2024, the Centre for Climate Law and Sustainability Studies of the Institute of State and Law will be organizing an international climate law conference ‘Shaping Climate Law: Dynamic Roles of State and Non-State Actors’. 

A new, special issue of The Lawyer Quarterly has just been published. It provides insights into selected issues of EU law. The special issue is published at the beginning of the year that marks the 20th anniversary of the Czech Republic's accession to the EU and corresponds to some of the ever-growing range of challenges that the legal order of the European supranational integration and the legal orders of the Member States face.

On March 20, 2024, at 18:30, the Institute of State and Law of the Czech Academy of Sciences is organizing a lecture on the 'Representation Register (REZA).'
