2:00 PM Bus departs from the J. Heyrovský Institute to Děčín Castle with participants.
4:00 - 5:00 PM Welcome speech by Prof. Martin Hof (director of JHIPC) and Dr. Martin Ferus (JHIPC), featuring the presentation of the exhibition "Touch the (exo)planets"
5:30 - 5:40 PM Opening ceremony lead by Ing. Miroslava Poskočilová, Director of the Děčín Castle
5:40 - 5:55 PM Presentation by Prof. Dr. Bernd Abel, University Leipzig
6:00 - 6:15 PM Presentation by Dr. Jean Pierre Lebreton, LCP2E Orleans
Musical performance, banquet, and discussion follow.
Attendees can engage in discussions at the exhibited posters.
The social gathering concludes at 10 PM.
Transport details
Bus to the Venue: The bus will be parked in the parking lot in front of the J. Heyrovský Institute, available for participants who have registered for transportation. Departure is scheduled for 2 PM.
Return Bus: The return bus from Děčín Castle to Prague departs at 10 PM.

Attention. The access road to Dlouhá jízda Castle is closed for reconstruction. We recommend parking in the parking lot of the Děčín Labour Office and walking through the castle garden. There are directional signs in the castle garden leading to the venue.
