SHINE Dashboard

The login on the right sidebar allows users to access the SHINE Dashboard. Once you have logged in, a white icon will appear at the very top of the page on the left. Click there to access the Dashboard. For your convenience, all of the relevant links to prepare for the workshop are available through the Dashboard. The links are also readily available on this page, with the exception of abstract submission. When abstract submission is open, attendees will be required to log in and access the Dashboard to submit their abstract. This will give attendees the capability to edit their own abstracts and add images later on, if desired.

How To videos explaining how to use the Dashboard are available here: https://helioshine.org/shine-dashboard/

Student Financial Support

Students, remember to fill out the Financial Aid Form (https://helioshine.org/shine-financial-aid-application/) by the deadline listed above and ask your advisor to write a recommendation (https://helioshine.org/advisor-recommendation/). When your support is confirmed, you will receive an email with a code to use during the conference registration process. Please do not register before you are confirmed for financial support.

Posters

All posters must adhere to 4′ wide x 4′ high. If you choose to bring 8.5″ by 11″ sheets of paper instead of a poster, you will only receive a 4′ wide X 4′ high area to display your poster. You may also upload your poster image with your abstract on the SHINE website so that it will be archived and accessible after the conference. Watch the How To Edit Your Abstract videos in the SHINE Dashboard to add a poster image.

Only one poster is allowed per person as space is limited. No exceptions.

Guests

All guests that will participate in conference meals and the banquet must be registered and paid for. Everyone will be required to wear a name tag during meals. Hotel staff has been notified that all participants attending events where food is served must have a name tag. Guests attending the full conference will receive their name tag upon arrival. Guests attending only the banquet will receive their name tag on Thursday night.

Please pay for your guests when you register and identify their names in the registration form. If you decide to bring additional guests after you have completed registration, you may add them through the Destiny One system, accessible by using the Register link in the SHINE Dashboard.
