Past summer months brought us not only sunny days and holidays, but also the traditional summer meeting at the Institute of Physics – "HR Coffee & Talk".
Several important topics were on the agenda, such as working conditions, recruitment and adaptation, training and development, and the participants had the opportunity to learn more about the activities in the field of human resources (HR), public relations (PR), the grant office and also about the MSCA COFUND project Physics for Future.
After a short introduction by Antonín Fejfar at Cukrovarnická and Michael Prouza at SOLID, a lively discussion followed and we had the opportunity to meet representatives of each activity and ask questions.
Delicious coffee was served at the informal meeting, and at the same time, we were able to share ideas on how to improve things and processes at FZU.
