Sexual harassment
Sexual harassment can be generally defined as inappropriate or unwelcome behaviour characterized by the making of unwelcome and inappropriate sexual remarks or physical advances in a workplace or other professional or social situation. CERGE-EI Ombudsman
The role of the ombudsman is to help settle potential disputes in instances of perceived discriminatory and inappropriate behaviour, unequal treatment, sexual harassment, bossing, breaches of statutory regulations and other situations which the complainant considers to be affecting their dignity and/or conditions for study or work.
