Radim Boháček is a Senior Researcher at the Economics Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences. Since 2005, he has been a Country Team Leader of the SHARE project (Survey of Health, Retirement and Ageing in Europe), European Research Infrastructure Consortium. He has taught at CERGE, Charles University, at Universidad Autonoma in Barcelona, and at the University of Chicago. He received his Ph.D. (1999) in Economics from the University of Chicago, and an M.A. in Social Sciences and History from the University of Chicago likewise. He is a Recipient of the University of Chicago Century Fellowship (1995-1999), the Irving B. Harris Fellowship (1992-1994), and the International Student Fellowship (1990-1992). He has been publishing in Journal of Economic Theory, Journal of Monetary Economics, Economic Journal, and other scientific journals and monographs.
