Code of Ethics for Researchers of the IOCB Prague

HR Excellence in Research Award, or HR Award, is granted by the European Commission to institutions, which made progress in implementing the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.

We subscribed to the principles of the Charter and the Code, performed GAP analysis, developed the HR Strategy and Action Plan, and implemented modern HR principles suitable for the academic environment to make the recruitment open, transparent, and merit-based, and to ensure that staying at IOCB is a positive step in every researcher's career.

IOCB Prague was awarded the HR Award on 12 November 2021.
