Influence of temperature on electro-magnetic properties of soft magnetic composites

Text

Soft Magnetic Composites (SMCs) are valued in advanced electronics due to their adaptable magnetic properties and customizable composition. This study focuses on iron-based SMCs, particularly examining how temperature affects their magnetic performance, including permeability and energy losses. Three series of iron-based composites were synthesized, with varying Ni-Zn and Mn-Zn ferrite content to assess magnetic performance across temperatures from -40°C to 200°C. Overall, the findings suggest that optimized iron-based SMCs could enhance efficiency in electronic devices by maintaining stable performance across broad temperature ranges.
