CCC 2006 - Registration

Location of the registration

Sunday registration will be possible at a desk on the second floor of the building of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Malostranske namesti 25, Praha 1, from 2pm till 8pm. Registration on Monday through Thursday will be possible at the same location between 9am and 9:30am (i.e., before the lectures).

The deadline for early registration is May 15, 2006. On-line and off-line registration forms are available at Action M Agency secure web site. Registration fees are as follows:

The registration fee includes a copy of proceedings, a conference package, refreshments during coffee breaks, welcome party and the use of conference facilities (internet access).

The accompanying person fee includes welcome party on Monday and assistance with individual art and music requests.

Lunches for Mo-Tue-Wed-Thu, guided tour and trip tickets can be purchased independently and separately.

Payments

Payments can be made by a credit card (VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club) or by a bank transfer. Payment made by a credit card will be charged in Czech crowns.

Payments by a bank transfer can be made in euros or Czech crowns. Please select the currency which is the most convenient for you and send the payment to the corresponding bank account. Confirmation of your payment will be e-mailed to you and an original receipt will be given to you upon your arrival at the CCC'06 registration desk in the building of Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of the Charles University, Prague.

Please make sure that the bank transfer is net of all bank charges and commissions made.

Notice for Czech and Slovak participants: Bank transfers within the Czech Republic might require the "variabilni symbol" which is 2007.

Cancellation Policy

Registration Fee

The registration fee (minus the cancellation fee CZK 1,000 / EUR 35) will be refunded for all written cancellations sent to Action M Agency no later than July 3, 2006. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided.
