REGISTRATION

Please register by March 31, 2009.
The registered persons will be notified by e-mail.
Students have to provide their student status by sending an official statement from their university via airmail or fax.

Abstracts should not exceed one page of the A4 size. Abstracts will be printed in the A5 size, therefore the use of smaller font sizes than in the template should be avoided.

The full fee and student fee include conference materials, admission to all sessions, refreshments, lunches from Monday through Thursday, welcome reception, informal dinner including cultural programme on Wednesday June 10, and farewell drink.

Student-rate registration is available for students who can prove their full-time student status by enclosing a statement from their university or institute. Without the statement, the registration fee will be returned (less an administrative bank fee) and the applicant will not be allowed to participate in the conference.

Accompanying person fee includes lunches from Monday through Thursday and participation in the welcome reception on Sunday and farewell drink on Thursday.

Informal dinner
including cultural programme on Wednesday, 10 June. The fee is obligatory only for concerned accompanying persons.

Cancelation
In the event of cancellation of participation, the registration fee (less an administrative bank fee) will be refunded if the Secretariat receives notification before May 7, 2009. Only 75 % of the fees paid will be refunded if cancellation is received May 20, 2009 at the latest.

PAYMENT

The secretariat accepts payment by bank transfer or by mailed payment order.
