Current projects

Currently, my research is focused to develop non-invasive methods based on sensing of plants optical reporter signals, eg., fluorescence and reflectance to screen plants abiotic stress resistance capacity.
My interesting field of research are: - Laser Induced Fluorescence (LIF); Fluorescence Imaging; Reflectance Imaging; Time Resolved Spectroscopy; 3D- study of fluorescence images; Dynamic properties of the photosynthetic pigment complex; Stress tolerance capacity of plants
.
1- Designing tools and methodology for screening of abiotic stress resistance in plants.
2-
European COST Action: FA0605 : Signaling control of stress tolerance and production of stress protective compounds in plants,http://cost-inpas.org/users/kumud-b-mishra .

Past Projects

Laser Induced Fluorescenec Study of Vegetation and Waterbodies.
