The conference takes place in the hotel Relax. It is located at the border of picturesque Wallachian city Roznov pod Radhostem. More precisely, it is situated on the hill in the middle of forest park, 20 minutes walk distance from the city center.
The hotel areal offers a possibility of sport self-realization at fitness centre, tennis-courts, interior and outdoor swimming pools, skittle ground, minigolf and kiddish playground. The hotel is also fully equipped to provide for rehabilitative services.

Another recommended accommodation facilities are in the hotel Forman. It is in a distance of 10 minutes walk from the hotel Relax as well as from the city center. Among others, the hotel offers a range of interesting activities called Packages of experiences, themed to adrenalin, sport, food and drink, beauty and wellness or good times.
The most of rooms in both hotels are two bed rooms, a limited number of which can be occupied by a single person. The participants requiring the single accommodation will be served on a first come first served basis. But the organizers encourage the participants to share two bed rooms if acceptable.

The prices are given per one night and include breakfasts. Visitors have to pay also a small local tax 15 CZK per person and day. Please note that the accommodation booking can be confirmed only after having received the payment.
