These complimentary two day sessions will cover identification of
differential gene expression (day one) and differential genomic
abundance/copy number (day two). The experimental design and statistical
analysis seminar will be held on day one, only. Both days will include time
for you to analyze your own genomic data, so bring your data and the
necessary sample information with you.

By bus and metro
Taking the bus no.119 - get off at DEJVICKA (last stop). Then take the Metro A line and get off at the stop called MUSEUM. Change onto the Metro C line and get off at BUDEJOVICKA stop, take bus 193 - get off at USTAVY AKADEMIE VED (last station, in front of the Academy campus) Price. 26 CZK (1.5 USD, 1 EUR).
You should buy a ticket before travelling at ticket machines or at the newsagents (or from bus drivers but banknotes above 100 CZK are not accepted).
