The Conference Fee will be an all-inclusive package which will cover all local expenses: registration fee, conference materials, all meals and refreshments from the Social Mixer on Sunday evening through breakfast on Friday, accommodation (five nights, double occupancy with separate beds), all social events, and transportation to/from the Conference site.

For accompanying persons, the fee includes all meals from and refreshments from the Social Mixer on Sunday evening through breakfast on Friday, accommodation (shared), all social events, local transportation to/from the Conference site, and all guided tours.

The fee has been set as follows:

• For active participants: 770 EUR
• For accompanying persons: 490 EUR

if paid before February 28, 2010.

In dependence on availability of funds, the fee may be reduced for students and young researchers upon request.

For later payments (which, however, may not be accepted) the following fees will apply:

• For active participants: 850 EUR
• For accompanying persons: 550 EUR

A limited number of one-bed rooms is available for an extra charge of 120 EUR. Cancellations will be accepted free of charge (except processing charges) if received prior to May 1, 2010. Later cancellations will be subject to a charge of 33 per cent of the amount remitted. No refund if cancelled after May 31, 2010.

The bank transfer is strongly recommended and should be given priority over credit cards.

Please, be sure that all bank processing costs are borne by the remitter and the full amount is received; no processing costs are accepted by the organizers.
