The last part of this serial describes spinach vegetables of the family Chenopodiaceae - Spinacea oleracea, Atriplex hortensis, Beta vulgaris var. cicla, and of some other families - Tetragonia tetragonioides, Foeniculum vulgare var. dulce, as well as two species of leaf lettuce vegetables - Valerianella locusta and Portulaca oleracea subsp. sativa.
