People/Faculty

The faculty of the Centre comprises scholars who are affiliated to the Institute of Law and State of the Czech Academy of Sciences and the leading universities of the Czech Republic. While the research interests of the faculty members are diverse, they all share a problem-oriented and interdisciplinary approach to legal research, which synthesizes the legal doctrine with other disciplines in the social sciences and the humanities. The multidisciplinary scope and international sensitivity of our faculty is conducive to publications and other research outcomes that integrate domestic with international legal scholarship, appearing regularly in national and international peer reviewed publications.
