General Information

The seminar held at the Brno branch of the Institute of Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic had been founded in 2003. Researchers of the Institute and other mathematicians working in the filed of differential equations present at the seminar both their new results and interesting results appearing in the scientific literature. The program of the seminar is focused on the following topics:
  • Boundary value problems for ordinary and functional differential equations and their systems
  • Asymptotic properties of solutions of ordinary and functional differential equations
  • Oscillation theory of ordinary and functional differential equations
  • Initial and boundary value problems for partial differential equations
  • Constructive methods for nonlinear boundary value problems
  • Applications
Seminars are scheduled on Wednesdays at 10 a.m. but program can be adapted to the wishes of speakers. In case you have any question or you are willing to deliver a lecture at the seminar, please, do not hesitate and contact us.
