Electronic processes in molecular nanojunctions

I am a Senior Scientist at the Institute of Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic (AS CR). I joined the Institute at the end of 2013 with a Purkyně Fellowship. I am interested in the theoretical description of the electronic, structural and transport properties of molecules at interfaces. In my research I mostly use first-principles methods based on DFT but I also work with model Hamiltonians.
