1. EAA member = To qualify for this reduced fee, participants must be members in good standing by the time of the online registration opening. The status will be checked in the EAA member database. To all the other members the full registration fee applies.

2. Retired = To qualify for the retired fee, participants must be over 65. A copy of ID is required.
Students = The applicants have to be able to present a proof of full-time enrolment at an accredited university or college at the time of registration.
The documents have to be sent to the Conference Secretariat by e-mail eac2013@cbttravel.cz, or by fax +420 224 942 550, together with the application.

We are very pleased to announce  that we can offer a special benefit  to all fully registered participants to the EAC Conference:

FREE PASS FOR PRAGUE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION valid for the period of September 1 – 6, 2013.

You will obtain this PASS together with your registration materials at the registration desk. Registration starts on September 1, 2013 Sunday  at 10.00. Registration desk will be located at the foyer of the Clarion Congress hotel on the 3rd floor (you can follow orientation signs).

Additional charges

  • Lunches - 15 EUR per day (from Monday to Friday)
  • Welcome Reception on September 1st, 2013 at Clarion Congress Hotel - additional ticket: 20 EUR per person
  • Concert - September 3, 2013 - additional ticket: 20 EUR per person
  • Conference Dinner - September 5, 2013 - 70 EUR per ticket incl buffet dinner and drinks

Bursaries

A small number of bursaries are available for students. This would correpond to the waiver of the above student registration fee. Bursaries will be awarded on the basis of need, and quality of the submitted abstract. Awards will be made after the abstract submission deadline. Applicants should send an email to the Chair of the Programme Committee (smolik@icpf.cas.cz) at the time of abstract submission explaining the need for support.
